As a full-time Yard Person with Maxim, you will maintain the shop and yard while supporting transportation equipment service. Your work includes inspecting inventory, cleaning units, completing rental check-ins and check-outs, delivering units, and assisting with parts deliveries. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect and organize truck and trailer inventory
- Complete rental unit check-ins and check-outs
- Transport units between customers, shops, and Maxim locations
- Clear snow, collect litter, and empty garbage cans
- Assist with parts deliveries as needed

Requirements:

- Valid Class 1A driver’s license
- Minimum one year of heavy-duty truck driving experience
- Comfort performing repetitive and routine duties
- Strong initiative, reliability, and attention to detail
- Transparent, professional communication with all organizational levels
