This Logistics Specialist supports daily import and export activities while serving as an internal expert for targeted customer segments. You will develop trusted relationships, monitor customer-workplace changes, and address complaints. The position also supports Operations Manager assignments, colleague development, and customer meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support daily import and export operations
- Build trusting target-segment customer relationships
- Resolve complex shipment-related concerns
- Prepare problem-resolution responses and CAPAs
- Mentor colleagues and assist training development

Requirements:

- Two or more years of customer care experience
- High School diploma
- Written and verbal English and/or French communication
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Potential for worldwide travel
