Within HEB Manitoba’s Disability & Rehabilitation department, this Claims Specialist position guides members through a positive, streamlined process. You will assess claim information, determine eligibility, review treatment plans, and manage benefit offsets according to Plan provisions. Experience with disability claims management is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess claims using medical information and critical thinking

Requirements:

- Relevant bachelor’s degree or post-secondary diploma

- Solid digital literacy across multiple systems and platforms
