Support welcoming resident experiences through tenant services, rental administration, and property coordination for Bourgault Industries in St. Brieux. The schedule is part time and variable.

This Apartment Manager position oversees company-owned accommodation for employees, orientation participants, and newcomers to Canada. You will coordinate occupancy, rental agreements, payments, inspections, records, cleaning, household supplies, and communication with Human Resources. Property safety, maintenance, and seasonal upkeep are also part of the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome tenants and coordinate move-in walkthroughs and required documentation
- Monitor rental payments and address tenancy concerns with Human Resources
- Keep occupancy, lease, inspection, and insurance records current




- Ensure apartments contain furnishings, bedding, towels, and kitchen essentials
- Monitor vacant units, safety equipment, repairs, and seasonal upkeep

Requirements:

- Strong organization and communication skills
- Comfort coordinating multiple arrivals, departures, and property requirements
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Valid driver’s license
- Property management, hospitality, or customer service experience considered an asset
