ParaMed’s Registered Nurse supports patients in various settings throughout the Erie St. Clair District. Patients range from all ages and present differing complexity of care needs. Through collaborative engagement and accurate records, you help patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments using appropriate patient-care techniques
- Execute care plans and monitor progress continuously
- Engage patients collaboratively to establish trust
- Document encounters and update skilled patient records
- Provide on-call coverage after hours when required

Requirements:

- Current CNO registration as a Registered Nurse
- Good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Valid driver’s license with vehicle access
- Flexibility and reliability for community nursing visits
- Availability to travel within the designated area
