The Roofing Estimator prepares estimates for ICI flat roofing, waterproofing, new roof, and reroof projects. You will study proposals and blueprints, identify labour, material, and time requirements, and review quotations and CCDC documents. The position also supports project management after contract signing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Study proposals and blueprints for project requirements
- Price materials, labour, equipment, and project time
- Raise drawing issues before submitted pricing
- Support contract discrepancy and extra claim resolution
- Research costs and secure supplier contracts

Requirements:

- At least two years of roofing estimating experience
- ICI flat roofing estimating experience
- Working knowledge of tar and gravel systems
- Working knowledge of asphalt and torch applied bitumen
- Robust takeoff skills from drawings and specifications

Use roofing takeoffs, specification review, and supplier cost research to support accurate bids throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
