Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and validate complex business functions, rules, and processes
- Act as intermediary between technical teams and stakeholders
- Support integrations through detailed data mapping and flow
- Lead testing activities for medium to large initiatives
- Research and establish more efficient BSA processes

Requirements:

- Five years in information technology or a related field
- Information technology or related post-secondary education
- Working knowledge of ATDD or TDD and Agile practices
- Guidewire experience, preferably with BillingCenter
- Strong English communication and critical thinking skills
