The Manager, Clinical Operations provides leadership for assigned clinical operations or program services. Reporting to assigned Director(s), you will manage people, resources, administrative activities, and service performance. The position supports safe, quality care while advancing operational plans, clinical services development, and organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop short and long-term tactical clinical and operational plans
- Participate in strategic initiatives, project planning, and service development
- Provide consultative advice to healthcare practitioners and care teams




- Coordinate research initiatives and identify emerging best practices
- Maintain information systems and required regulatory reporting

Requirements:

- Health sciences undergraduate degree or related educational background
- Seven years of recent related experience, including leadership
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete projects
- Knowledge of collective agreement management processes
- Knowledge of research methods and information systems
