This Proposal Strategist supports new-business pursuits across EY services and sectors. You will research, write, and edit responses while coaching oral-presentation collateral and facilitating strategy discussions. The role coordinates Client Executives, service professionals, designers, Proposal Strategists, and international Proposal Coordinators. Strong organization, deadline management, and skilled services proposal knowledge support consistent, branded submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop standard and customized proposal content
- Coach collateral for oral presentations




- Facilitate win strategy sessions with pursuit teams
- Monitor activities against deadlines and quality standards
- Share leading practices with proposal teams

Requirements:

- Background in proposals, content writing, or communications
- Three to five years of relevant experience
- Professional services experience highly desirable
- Strong organization, detail orientation, and deadline discipline
- Relevant undergraduate degree and English fluency required
