Toronto’s hybrid Manager, Registrations role combines regulatory filing expertise with oversight of suitability, licensing, and registration activities.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Registrations and Continuing Education, this manager leads registration professionals supporting BMO’s regulated entities. You will serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex registration matters. The work spans CIRO requirements, National Instruments, NRD processes, provincial securities legislation, and regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage workflow, performance expectations, coaching, and professional development
- Ensure accurate, timely filings through NRD and regulatory platforms
- Oversee licensing requirements across registered entities and jurisdictions
- Support examinations, audits, inquiries,



and registration investigations
- Manage regulator communications and consultation responses

Requirements:

- At least six years of progressive securities registrations experience
- Complex individual and firm registration management experience
- Experience supporting Investment Dealer and Portfolio Manager registrations
- Understanding of suitability, disclosure, and regulatory risk requirements
- Solid written, verbal, presentation, analytical, and decision-making skills
