This Pharmacist opportunity is based at Hampton Pharmasave, a full-service community pharmacy with a robust reputation for care. The pharmacy team includes pharmacy technicians and overlapping pharmacist shifts supporting pharmacy services. You will work collaboratively with local healthcare providers while using established systems, including Kroll pharmacy software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage chronic diseases through pharmacy services
- Conduct comprehensive medication reviews for patients
- Provide immunizations and injections
- Assess minor ailments and prescribe when appropriate
- Deliver excellent community pharmacy service and care
Requirements:
- Hold an active pharmacist licence in good standing
- Be injection certified
- Bring Kroll software proficiency as an asset
- Work flexible hours within available schedule options
- Cover one weekend in three
