This manager directs training modernization, development, and execution across dealer and wholesale audiences. Responsibilities include new hire curriculum, growth mindset learning, cross-functional training, Studio operations, and agency partnership management. The position also supports retail and sales integration, Dealer Network communications, and process improvements. Success requires collaboration, adaptability, organization, and strong communication.

- Develop and execute Dealer Manager recent hire curriculum
- Build future-ready learning in Power BI and analytics




- Create cross-functional training with business stakeholders
- Optimize Studio operations and manage training agency partnership
- Lead Dealer Network and Wholesale training execution

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced degree in business or marketing preferred
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Tableau experience beneficial
- Ability to adapt to new responsibilities quickly
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
