Drive RABI’s community-led campaigns, events and appeals through supporter stewardship, volunteer engagement and compliant fundraising practice. Travel across England and Wales is required.

This manager will lead delivery of community fundraising initiatives while strengthening long-term support for RABI. You will coordinate regional activities, empower committee volunteers and identify scalable opportunities through events, giving programmes and corporate partnerships. The role combines campaign planning, team leadership and detailed financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead community fundraising campaigns, events and appeals
- Provide volunteers with tools, training and resource packs
- Deliver tailored supporter communications, recognition and updates




- Represent RABI at fundraising events and initiatives
- Ensure activities meet GDPR and fundraising best practices

Requirements:

- Track record delivering successful community fundraising campaigns
- Experience leading, managing and developing fundraising teams
- Exceptional relationship-building with supporters and volunteers
- Compelling written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of fundraising regulations, raffles and prize draws
