This Production Supervisor leads daily activities at a plant manufacturing quality crackers. You will guide operators, technicians, and workers while coordinating production workflows, monitoring performance, and supporting continuous improvement. Success requires knowledge of safety regulations, quality procedures, inventory management, and production reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor production lines, output, schedules, and downtime
- Ensure quality standards through inspections and testing
- Troubleshoot equipment and oversee routine maintenance

Requirements:

- Food manufacturing or production experience preferred
