As Health and Safety Coordinator, you will maintain performance information, identify trends, and communicate risks to regional and national teams. You will also support incident reporting, WCB records, audits, policies, and training resources. Your analysis helps teams interpret results and establish action plans aligned with health and safety expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track WCB rates, claims costs, and clearance certificates
- Analyze HS&W; performance trends against expectations
- Identify inconsistencies and anomalies requiring further investigation




- Maintain OneEmco safety resources and performance information
- Coach teammates on Certainty Software checklists and processes

Requirements:

- University degree or college diploma
- Solid Occupational Health and Safety legislation knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
- Ability to identify risks through data analysis
- Advanced Excel or business intelligence experience is an asset
