This experienced Staff Nurse position is with Elysium Healthcare’s Learning Disability and Autism service. You will contribute to a multidisciplinary team caring for people who may display behaviours of concern and complex risks. Applicants need completed Preceptorship evidence, NMC registration, and relevant nursing qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective, high quality nursing care
- Complete care assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Promote positive teamwork while supporting colleagues
- Record and report changes in service users
- Maintain accurate care documentation
Requirements:
- Experience as a Staff Nurse in the UK
- Completed Preceptorship with evidence
- Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration
- High self motivation and versatile approach
- Commitment to evidence based, high quality care
