You will engage practitioners, educators, clinical experts, operational leaders, and partners in co-design. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead assessment and modernization of provincial educational programs
- Coordinate stakeholder consultation, governance, risk management, and implementation
- Facilitate multidisciplinary working groups and co-design processes




- Develop performance measures and evaluate learning effectiveness
- Provide evidence-informed recommendations to organizational leadership

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- Five years of progressively responsible experience in related fields
- Strong project and program management capabilities
- Experience navigating competing priorities and organizational ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
