This Onboarding Officer works in Aviso Wealth’s Partner and Client Onboarding team, reporting to the Manager, Operations. You will manage advisor requests, provide procedural education, and maintain accurate account information. The work emphasizes customer service, documentation, internal collaboration, and timely resolution of concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage advisor onboarding requests and inquiries promptly
- Provide education on procedures, forms, and practices
- Coordinate with operations and service teams
- Maintain advisor progress through weekly dashboard updates
- Support transitions, offboarding, and specialized partner needs

Requirements:

- Two to three years’ financial industry experience preferred
- Operations or Service Center experience preferred
- Process improvement and documentation experience
- Successful Canadian Securities Course completion preferred
- Ability to work EST standard hours
