Supervise Ontario coring crews for WSP while coordinating schedules, resources, and safe project delivery across wide-ranging field conditions.

The Coring, Water & Traffic Group is seeking a motivated Coring Technician with a minimum of five years’ experience. This position leads field operations for geotechnical, environmental, pavement, and infrastructure projects. It also supports staff development, equipment planning, client communication, and operational excellence across the coring division.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily field operations and project schedules
- Coordinate resources and logistics for coring activities
- Promote compliance with company HSE standards and procedures
- Communicate with managers, clients, subcontractors, and staff




- Support recruiting, training, and technician development

Requirements:

- At least five years of coring field services experience
- Demonstrated crew leadership and schedule management experience
- Understanding of safe work practices and safety regulations
- Ontario Class G Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Engineering, construction, environmental, or consulting sector experience

Use proven crew supervision, logistics coordination, and HSE knowledge to strengthen WSP coring delivery throughout Ontario.
