SE Health seeks a Senior Director, HR Systems, Product Owner to lead current implementations and future-state capabilities. This full-time corporate position manages the HR technology ecosystem across Core HR, Recruitment, Absence, Advantages, Compensation, Payroll, Learning, Talent Management, and Health and Safety. Success requires strategic roadmapping, system-oriented thinking, vendor management, and organizational change leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Workday implementations and develop Phase 2 capabilities
- Optimize talent workflows, processes, data migration, and user experience
- Oversee functional ecosystem integration and cross-platform workflows




- Establish governance, documentation, analytics, and decision-support frameworks
- Build team capability through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years' progressive HR technology experience
- Five or more years of Workday HCM experience
- Three years of HR systems architecture experience
- Advanced Workday Compensation, Talent, or Learning experience is an asset
- Experience with Sodales is an asset
