This Finance Manager role leads day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for an established organization within a publicly traded industrial group. You will provide oversight to a small finance team while partnering with plant operations and corporate leadership. The mandate includes accurate close execution, compliance, planning, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide a small team across accounting and reporting
- Complete journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and statements
- Ensure IFRS and internal control compliance
- Lead budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting
- Strengthen reporting accuracy, automation, and ERP use

Requirements:

- Ability to own full accounting close and reporting cycles
- Knowledge of balance sheet accounting and financial controls
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Accounting, Finance, or related degree
