As Vice President or Junior Director, you will work within an elite boutique investment bank’s Power, Infrastructure & Renewables team. The experienced banker will help generate new business and execute high-profile transactions across the Americas. Responsibilities span financial modelling, valuation, marketing materials, presentations, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop current M&A; and strategic advisory mandates
- Oversee key workstreams through complex transaction completion
- Maintain senior client relationships throughout transactions




- Direct financial modelling and valuation analysis reviews
- Strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

- Minimum 5+ years investment banking experience without MBA
- Minimum 2+ years post-MBA experience
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in relevant quantitative discipline
- Demonstrable Energy, Power, Infrastructure, or Renewables transaction experience
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
