This healthcare leadership position focuses on meeting residents’ needs with empathy, respect, and professionalism. You will act as a primary contact for families, uphold regulatory standards, and coordinate care with physicians, pharmacies, and community partners. Management or supervisory experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure residents’ needs receive empathetic, skilled support
- Involve residents and families in care decisions
- Uphold policies, legislation, and regulatory standards
- Support budgeting, staffing, purchasing, and resource efficiency




- Participate in outreach, marketing, and Manager on Duty rotation

Requirements:

- Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse registration
- Minimum two years’ clinical experience, preferably geriatrics or memory care
- Previous management or supervisory experience is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Comfort using AI and digital platform systems
