This Pharmacist position serves CareRx pharmacy patients and home partners from the Victoria Pharmacy. Reporting to the designated Pharmacy Manager, you will collaborate with pharmacy and resident care teams. Your work supports accurate prescriptions, therapeutic appropriateness, critical medication access, and professional customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with pharmacy teams on complete medication orders
- Provide exceptional care to patients and home partners
- Communicate professionally with resident care teams
- Arrange drug deliveries with the delivery team




- Follow pharmacy laws, standards, regulations, and policies

Requirements:

- Current British Columbia pharmacist licensing in good standing
- Ability to foster healthcare team partnerships
- Self-directed approach with minimal supervision
- Adaptability to changes in the work workplace
- Previous long-term care pharmacy experience is an asset
