The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis advises senior management on current and long-term financial performance. You will support assigned business units, lead strategic planning and budgets, and challenge assumptions using business trends. Success requires clear recommendations, strong business acumen, and effective communication across management levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Present business case justifications to business and finance leaders
- Translate financial metrics into actionable management recommendations
- Develop reporting tools and KPIs linked to strategic goals




- Propose financial solutions supporting decisions and profitability
- Participate in special projects and lead change initiatives

Requirements:

- Five years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
- Strong analytical skills interpreting large data sets
- Ability to write formal recommendations and proposals
- Experience meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing deliverables
