As a Scotiatrust Trust Officer, you will support the Senior Trust Officer within a Scotia Wealth Management office. You will oversee day to day administration across client, beneficiary, and Co-Trustee relationships. The position combines personalized service, technical Estates and Trusts knowledge, business development, and risk-aware operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily oversight and administration for complex accounts
- Respond proactively to client needs and concerns
- Build partnerships supporting solutions across financial services disciplines




- Pursue opportunities from account portfolio relationships
- Apply policies, procedures, audit standards, and controls

Requirements:

- Proven proactive delivery of best in class client experiences
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Solid change management and technology adoption skills
- Three to five years of directly related experience
- Membership or commitment to participate in CSI or STEP
