Bethesda Regional Health Centre needs a temporary Registered Nurse skilled in people-centered care, professional communication, and autonomous clinical decision-making.

Located in Steinbach, this in-person Medicine position supports Southern Health-Santé Sud’s commitment to protected, accessible, sustainable care. The RN or RPN applies nursing processes across applicable care settings and maintains competency consistent with policies, standards, ethics, and legislation. The 0.4 FTE schedule includes days, nights, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support clients, residents, and patients toward optimum health
- Apply professional standards and the Code of Ethics
- Lead decisions autonomously within assigned responsibilities




- Foster collaborative interdisciplinary quality services
- Respect confidentiality across paper and electronic formats

Requirements:

- Current College of Registered Nurses or Psychiatric Nurses registration
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- Valid Class 5 licence and insured vehicle when required
- Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to respect culturally diverse populations
