As Installation Manager, lead a diverse workforce supporting fabrication and installation activities. Align Project Management, department heads, engineering, CAD, programming, shop, and field teams around project deliverables. Oversee outsourced and subcontract activities while mentoring technical staff and maintaining effective timelines.

Requirements:

- Experience developing processes and streamlining installation operations
- Ability to create alignment among management and technical teams
- Strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
- Four to six years’ installation management experience preferred
