Turn complex API integrations into successful customer launches at VoPay International Inc. through technical onboarding and organized implementation leadership. This is an in-office position.

The Senior Technical Implementation Specialist guides enterprise customers across VoPay’s embedded finance and payment orchestration platform. You will support engineering and product stakeholders with RESTful APIs, Postman collections, webhooks, authentication, and system integrations. The work spans pre-sales and post-sales delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as trusted implementation lead throughout deployment lifecycles
- Support technical onboarding, sandbox readiness, testing, and UAT
- Review API responses, callbacks, token flows, and data mapping
- Coordinate Product, Engineering, Risk, Finance,



and Support teams
- Create guides, SOPs, workflows, and readiness materials

Requirements:

- Three to seven-plus years in technical onboarding or SaaS implementation
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, Postman, webhooks, and system integrations
- Understanding of payment ecosystems, including EFT, ACH, and Interac
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
- Comfort leading technical workshops and customer onboarding sessions

Use technical onboarding, API troubleshooting, and customer communication skills to deliver reliable VoPay platform deployments.
