This Branch Supervisor oversees Field Service Technicians within an assigned branch. The position supports customers and technicians by phone, email, and in person, escalating technical matters when required. Responsibilities also include resolving service issues, visiting customer sites, coordinating parts, and maintaining timely field-job completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers and technicians with technical issues
