ComPsych is expanding its Employee Assistance Program Provider Network with licensed behavioral health clinicians. Providers offer short-term, solution-focused counseling to employees and eligible household members. Clinical support follows ComPsych’s EAP model and addresses non-acute behavioral health needs, from anxiety and depression to grief, relationships, and workplace stress.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide client-centered EAP counseling to employees and households
- Complete intake assessments, evaluations, and counseling sessions
- Support clients facing stress, grief, and life challenges




- Maintain timely documentation under professional standards
- Follow ethical, licensing, and scope-of-practice requirements

Requirements:

- Licensed behavioral health clinician
- Related behavioral health master’s degree or higher
- Minimum three years’ post-master’s clinical experience
- Highest-level accreditation or professional registration
- Skilled liability insurance where applicable
