This full time, permanent Corporate Controller position supports a medium-to-large organization with project-focused construction operations. The successful candidate will oversee costing, financial forecasts, contract requirements, reporting, and accounting team development. Strong analysis and communication are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee job costing, reports, allocations, fluctuations, and adjustments
- Ensure contract terms, project billing, taxes, and labour requirements comply
- Analyze risks, variances, financial reports, and ad hoc requests
- Liaise with auditors and provide required internal reporting




- Present financial information and recommendations to Senior Management

Requirements:

- CPA designation or active pursuit of CPA
- Construction experience with project-focused commercial knowledge preferred
- Seven-plus years accounting and finance experience in similar roles
- At least two years leading an accounting team
- Highly organized with strong detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
