Optimize invoice processing, vendor payments, and cash disbursements as TIC Solutions’ Manager, Accounts Payable. Work full time, permanently, on-site in Sherwood Park, Alberta.

This manager leads the organization’s end-to-end accounts payable function and supports effective working capital use. You will collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Procurement, and Operations. The work includes managing vendors, resolving discrepancies, strengthening controls, and analyzing AP reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage cash disbursements and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Ensure accurate invoices, payments, transfers, checks, and records
- Partner with Procurement and Operations on P2P processes
- Analyze AP metrics to identify risks and improvements




- Support internal and external accounts payable audits

Requirements:

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree or CPA designation considered an asset
