As Automation Engineering Team Lead, you will oversee production engineering delivery within a machine building or automation setting. You will convert customer requirements into production-ready designs, monitor team KPIs, and address root causes through corrective actions. Collaboration spans manufacturing, project management, standards engineering, sales, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan engineering capacity against project scope and standards
- Improve engineering on-time delivery and minimize lateness
- Review technical designs and catch errors early




- Implement processes supporting the Standards Engineering Operating Model
- Keep stakeholders informed about designs, status, and risks

Requirements:

- Engineering degree or related engineering technology diploma
- Six to eight years of progressive production engineering experience
- Experience translating customer requirements into production-ready designs
- Two years leading, coaching, and developing technical staff
- Working knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma preferred
