This Project Manager oversees full-cycle delivery while protecting profitability and contractual performance. The position manages daily operations, construction schedules, job costs, cash allowances, contingencies, and project documentation. You will also interpret plans, specifications, contractual obligations, and provincial requirements regarding liens and holdbacks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate forecasts, estimates, budgets, and job cost reports
- Manage procurement, buyouts, change orders, and progress billings
- Monitor cash allowances, contingencies, and project profitability




- Use Procore to manage project documentation
- Finalize closeout and conduct post-project reviews

Requirements:

- Seven or more years managing commercial or multifamily construction projects
- Repeated experience delivering projects from $2 million to $20 million
- Exceptional computer skills with scheduling and cost control software
- Ability to read contracts and interpret contractual requirements
- Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline
