You will work with Producers, Marketers, insurers, and clients on placements, renewals, and midterm policy changes. The position also supports coverage recommendations, bid costing, and technical policy review.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete brokering processes for small and mid-size policies
- Recommend coverage for leases, contracts, tenders, and client needs
- Negotiate midterm policy changes with insurers
- Review policy documents and quotes for coverage gaps
- Provide certificates, premium finance contracts, and insurer documentation

Requirements:

- Level 2 Insurance License
- Minimum three to five years’ Commercial Lines experience
- CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM designation considered an asset
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with detail focus and business acumen
