This Product Director position leads technical knowledge for the mining equipment product line. You will explain complex concepts to non-technical customers, support internal teams, and participate in resolving equipment issues. Collaboration spans sales, marketing, procurement, and product development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support customers and internal teams with technical guidance
- Explain equipment concepts clearly to non-technical customers
- Train employees and customers on operation and maintenance




- Participate in mining equipment troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Collaborate across sales, marketing, procurement, and development

Requirements:

- Three years’ experience with mining equipment or related fields
- Knowledge of mining technologies and maintenance practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM software considered an asset
