Turn employee survey data into practical client guidance as a Senior HR Survey Consultant at McLean & Company. Work with global organizations.

As part of the HR Diagnostics Advisory team, you will advise members across industries on employee engagement and experience. You will explain survey methodology, communicate complex findings clearly, and recommend action planning informed by practical research. The work includes advisory calls, research requests, workshops, consulting activities, and ongoing client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Write summaries of quantitative and qualitative survey insights
- Explain methodologies, reports, trends, and findings
- Advise members on applying research to organizational challenges
- Support onsite and virtual consulting activities
- Manage expectations and project completion with Account Directors

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree
- Three or more years of HR experience or exposure
- Strong public speaking and facilitation abilities
- Experience facilitating workshops or training sessions
- Ability to travel up to 20% and obtain TN1 Visa eligibility
