Akkodis is partnering with a leading Canadian insurance organization for a senior systems analyst. This position connects billing operations, finance, product, development, architecture, and quality assurance. You will analyze processes and support enhancements across the BillingCenter platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze billing processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Facilitate workshops across business and technology teams
- Partner with developers, architects, QA, and stakeholders
- Assist with user acceptance testing and production readiness




- Serve as liaison between business and technology teams

Requirements:

- Seven or more years of Business Systems Analysis experience
- Guidewire BillingCenter experience in insurance environments
- Understanding of billing, invoicing, and payment processing
- Experience with collections, refunds, disbursements, and commissions
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
