Shape enterprise developer experience as a Principal Forward Deployed Engineer, specializing in APIs, SDKs, GitOps, and self-service platforms.

As a Principal member of core Engineering, you will embed with complex enterprise accounts and establish world-class developer workflows. You will standardize platform consumption through APIs, SDKs, reference implementations, portals, and automation. Your feedback will influence the technical roadmap for AI and cloud-native software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish continuous delivery pipelines and GitOps patterns
- Create self-service developer portals and CLI tooling
- Standardize enterprise REST, gRPC, and GraphQL APIs
- Build testing harnesses and automation frameworks for developers
- Mentor teams on API design and documentation standards

Requirements:

- Authority-level mastery of API design principles
- Proficiency with GitOps workflows and infrastructure-as-code
- Deep Kubernetes controller, CRD, Operator, and CAPI knowledge
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 17+ years in skilled technical software roles
