Apply clinical judgment to palliative prescriptions and critical medications as a CareRx Pharmacist in Regina. This onsite position offers part time scheduling and on call rotation.

CareRx seeks a Pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical patient care under the designated Pharmacy Manager. You will ensure prescriptions are dispensed safely and accurately while supporting therapeutic appropriateness. Responsibilities include medication administration verification, patient and home partner care, delivery coordination, documentation, and communication with resident care teams. Long term pharmacy experience is an asset, not required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dispense medication orders accurately, safely, timely, and completely
- Respond to palliative care prescriptions and arrange deliveries




- Review medication procedures and profiles with documentation
- Communicate professionally with resident care team members
- Follow pharmacy laws, standards, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

- Licensed and in good standing in Saskatchewan
- Ability to foster healthcare team partnerships
- Solid critical thought and prioritization skills
- Adaptability and effective listening skills
- Injections and APA certification preferred
