The group home supports children and youth experiencing difficulties with life at home. Reporting to the Direct Services Supervisor, you will provide daily care, promote each child’s best interest, and support protection. Experience raising a family, working with children, or participating in small remote community life is relevant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support children and youth in residential group home care
- Provide structured living for clients needing care
- Promote the best interests of each child
- Help protect clients within the group home setting
- Support clients’ health and well-being

Requirements:

- Experience raising a family or working with children
- Community life experience in small remote communities
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
- Personal time management and willingness to learn
- Travel required; relocation assistance unavailable
