The Capital Projects Construction Coordinator provides day-to-day coordination within mining, heavy industrial, or large-scale construction settings. This position connects site operations, contractors, and project teams through planning sessions, field reporting, scope coordination, and issue resolution. Safety remains central to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as liaison among contractors, operations, and project teams
- Lead visible safety reinforcement and hazard follow-up
- Stop unsafe work and verify corrective actions
- Direct scope, access, sequencing, and work boundaries




- Validate daily reports and approve invoicing work

Requirements:

- At least five years of capital project execution experience
- Underground mining, heavy industrial, or major construction background
- Experience supervising field teams and managing contractors
- Ability to review technical documents and construction drawings
- Familiarity with Primavera, MS Project, or SAP preferred
