As Lead Project Manager, you will deliver secure, complex infrastructure for Defence Construction Canada, federal clients, and defence organizations. Your scope spans project execution planning, contracting, design-build and alternative delivery models, construction, commissioning, and closeout. You will also support WSP’s national Defence and Federal Buildings practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage defence projects across the full delivery lifecycle
- Oversee security, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and health safety
- Coordinate contractors, regulators, clients, and federal stakeholders
- Deliver Design-Build, P3, Alliance,



and Construction Management projects
- Strengthen client relationships and support proposals and pursuits

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years delivering defence, federal, or similarly complex infrastructure
- Maritime or shipyard project experience is required
- Experience with federal clients, DCC, procurement, contracting, and compliance
- Solid commercial, client, stakeholder, written, and verbal communication skills
- P.Eng. or PMP designation is an asset
