Richardson International seeks an Industrial Electrician skilled in electrical repair, automation, and troubleshooting. Work at the Richardson Port Terminal in Thunder Bay supporting plant equipment maintenance.

This Industrial Electrician reports to the Maintenance Supervisor in a heavy industrial setting. Responsibilities include maintaining electrical circuits, devices, equipment, and controls while assisting other Maintenance team members. Candidates may be Red Seal Journeyman Electricians with two-plus years of heavy industrial experience, or second- and third-year apprentices. The position also requires safety-focused work across shifts, shutdowns, and emergency call-ins.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose electrical and control equipment issues
- Maintain plant electrical circuits, devices, and equipment




- Assist other Maintenance team members
- Participate in training related to the position
- Respond to rotational after-hours emergency calls

Requirements:

- Red Seal Journeyman Electrician certification and relevant experience
- Second- or third-year apprentice standing
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical schematics and automation
- Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Availability for shifts, shutdowns, and emergency call-ins
