- SHIPPING SUPERVISOR Full-time – Permanent – In office – Day Shift Ben-Mor is a dynamic company serving clients across North America, specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of a wide range of cables, chains, slings, lifting solutions, and industrial accessories. We are looking for an Shipping Foreperson who is eager to contribute To the efficiency of our operations and grow within a thriving company. One week off during the holiday season (company shutdown); ~3 weeks of vacation per year upon hiring; ~ Ongoing training and development opportunities; ~ Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Shipping Foreperson supports the daily coordination of shipping and receiving activities. This role helps ensure smooth operations, compliance with procedures, inventory accuracy, and the achievement of departmental objectives. Plan, coordinate, and support shipping activities; Ensure compliance with deadlines, procedures,



and quality standards; Manage inventory levels in the shipping picking area; Monitor and manage slow-moving and obsolete inventory; Perform physical inventory verification and ensure data accuracy; Support shipping employees and provide coverage as needed; Manage shipping documentation, including delivery slips, transportation documents, and shipment tracking; Participate in the training of new employees within the department; Follow company policies, procedures, and standards; Excellent command of French; Functional English skills to communicate with carriers and various stakeholders; Proficiency with computer systems, including Excel, ERP systems, and inventory management software; Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously; Two (2) years of relevant experience in logistics, shipping and receiving, or inventory management; College-level education in logistics or a related field; We are committed to employment equity and equal opportunity.
