Description

We are seeking a motivated Food Services Supervisor to oversee daily food service operations and lead a team in delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with food safety standards, manage staff schedules, and support efficient kitchen and dining operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate food service staff.
- Train, coach, and support employees.
- Ensure food quality, portion control, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Schedule staff and monitor daily operations.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve service issues.




- Assist with cost control and operational reporting.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of food service experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- Food Safety Certification required or willingness to obtain.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptable schedule.
