- and marketing-generated pipeline and build your own through outbound. When you help them, they spend less time on admin and more time on care. Own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to signed customer. Build your own pipeline through targeted outbound, on top of SDR
- and marketing-sourced opportunities. Keep a clean, accurate pipeline and forecast in HubSpot. Act as a trusted advisor, helping owners and operators understand what better looks like for their organization. Home care and home support agencies, both private-pay and those contracted with provincial health authorities Developmental disability service providers, including agencies funded through CLBC (BC), PDD (Alberta)



and MCCSS (Ontario) Adult day program and respite providers Providers serving clients with self-managed or individualized funding These organizations want simple, modern software for scheduling, visit verification, client funding tracking, billing and payroll, without the cost and complexity of a clinical EMR. 3+ years in a full-cycle SMB B2B SaaS Account Executive role. ~ Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM. ~ Discipline and drive to do your best work remotely. Bonus points: experience selling into healthtech, home care, community services, HR tech, edtech, or other SMB vertical SaaS. Base salary of 90,0000– 100,000 CAD + uncapped commission (OTE
