Additionally, you will play a vital role in driving sales and achieving our sales targets. Analyzing KPI reports and coaching team to successfully hit metrics; Balancing time between administrativeand customer servicetasks. Passionate about coffee, sustainability, and eager to expand your knowledge of Nespresso coffees. ~2-3 years’ experience driving sales and leading a team in a high-volume retail environment ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software ~ Effective time management and analytical skills ~ Ability to stand for an entire workday and repeatedly lift up to 23 kilograms.
