Lead overnight pharmaceutical production in Cambridge with expertise in GMP compliance, employee leadership, and efficient equipment operation. This onsite role runs Sunday through Thursday. As Production Supervisor II at Novocol Pharma, you will oversee shift operations for sterile injectable cartridges and combination products. You will manage material flow, human resources, documentation, training, and in-process IPQC testing. The position supports Septodont’s production objectives while following SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate shift changeovers, resources, components, supplies,



and area organization Resolve production and output issues on the floor Investigate quality deviations and correct documentation errors Complete batch record reviews and daily shift reports Train employees on safety, GMP, and production requirements

Requirements:
Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline At least three years’ related pharmaceutical manufacturing experience At least one year of management experience Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation Solid analytical, organizational, communication, and people management skills Bring pharmaceutical manufacturing leadership, GMP knowledge, and problem-solving skills to Novocol Pharma’s Cambridge night shift. #J-18808-Ljbffr
